Description

Started exploring their backstories, since Wizard Xavier and Queen Mishah will both be playing important roles in The Seer 2. Xavier will be more or less bonding with Perry, and then Mishah with Phineas.

Xavier was one of the rare cases of humans being born on a night of blue Stars. The stars in the sky turn blue, which if you remember in Twilight Lagoon, Harith stated that the fireflies turned blue, which meant Hope was still there. A child being born on a night of blue stars is a human gifted with long life, and yes, this means that Xavier was just a boy when the Dark Sorcerer took over. Xavier was orphaned because theives had killed his parents, so Monks in the South took him in and raised him. He's got high respect for Rope Makers.

Long life humans also have special magic as well, and in Cantoria, becoming a Wizard is like becoming a Priest in our world. It's very sacred. But Xavier didn't want to be a magician at first. He wanted to be a Knight, even though he knew a bit of magic already. The monks sent him to Colornia for studying, which is how he came to actually personally know the Dark Sorcerer before he became evil. The Sages kept his magic studies up when he wished, and he was also trained to be a squire and a Knight.

He was about 16 when the Dark Sorcerer took over. By then, he was able to become a Knight, thanks to his ability to learn quickly. He protected many people, especially those in the Floating Forest. He wanted to go to battle, but Sage Mortimer never allowed him to.

Shortly after the Great War, when the King of the Twilight Nymphs was slain by the Dark Sorcerer, the Sages called on another grand meeting to search for the next Seer. Xavier attended it, and that's when he met Mishah. Mishah was 120 years old at the time--which is 12 years old for humans--and had just lost her father. She knew Xavier was a very special boy, but because of her grief (she had been very close to her father) she did not immediately wish to know him.

He did though. And once Mishah got comfortable with him, they became inseperable friends. And at her advice, Xavier decided to stop his training as a Knight and instead become a Wizard. It took several decades, but by the time he had become 40 years old, he was a full-fledged Wizard, one of the strongest and wisest, and had, as a duty, to protect those in the Floating Forest. He trained Knights until they became scarce, and was elected one of the Seven Guides for the Brotherhood. He and Mishah continued to stay in contact and visit whenever possible, but the stronger the Dark Sorcerer became, the harder it was for them to leave their realms. THey both had responsibilities to fulfill.

Once Phineas' mission had been accomplished, though, their visits became more numerous. You'll find out more about that in The Seer 2: Hope Returns.

**********

Yush, Xavier was brought up by monks. Which is why he's so patient. And no, he and Mishah are not courting. Not that they never had feelings that deep for each other, but because of their duties, they remained no more than friends, if not brother and sister. Mishah often said that Xavier was like her elder brother.

Anatomy of feet is bad here, although that is derpy, since I did feet in drawing class today -u- And Mishah's head is huge XD

ok. time to study.

This just occurred to me reading this; since you've confirmed on "Ties that Bind" that the kids are unaware of Perry's job as an agent and everything that comes with that, that means that Cantoria is going to be the first time Tony and Val see Perry acting...well...like anything besides a pet. How are Phineas and Ferb going to explain that one?
