Power Shades of Alchemy

Description

"There is a certain amount of Power Shades in Alchemy, Students; or Power Colors, as most will refer them to. When an Alchemist has been able to achieve maximum power, or intelligence, they can unlock their Power Color. Not many have, since it takes a great amount of strength, both mental and physical, and those who have mastered it tend to pass out afterwards, depending on how much power they harness at a time.

"Now, there are six known Power Colors--if there are more, they have never been harnessed in the past: Green, Purple, Blue, Red, Silver and Gold. And each color stands for a virtue that is most expressed or recognized in the Alchemist: Green is for Envy, Purple is for Lust of Power, Blue is for Hope, Silver is Humility, and Gold, the highest and most powerful, is Purity and Courage. Many Alchemists have said that if the Power Shade of Gold is achieved, the Philosopher's Stone is but a step away to possessing--!"

"Uh, Professor Glomgold, Sir, what does the Red Power Shade symbolize?"

"Red?... Oh, right. Well, unfortunately, that color is unknown. It is the only one no one has ever harnessed in the past. It is said that it is one of the most powerful, besides Gold of course, but there have been no recordings in history about any Alchemist possessing it."

"So no one knows what virtue or emotion Red would stand for?"

"If we did, Scrooge, I would be teaching it to you. But if you want my opinion, Red probably stands for... Anger. It is a powerful emotion, and it usually is the shade of blood... And every Positive Power Color must have its equivalent Negative. Anger is a shameful emotion, so it could be because of this that it's recorded. But none can be too sure."

Just a sketch from the first prequel story. The Prequels won't be posted until after the main story, for numerous reasons, but this was a bit of info that was important to the entire series.

Ugh, I don't like how Glomgold came out in this one, but eh. Btw, Glomgold in this story is not going to be Scottish, but African. He was originally African in the comics, but due to certain issues that occurred in Africa (racial) when Ducktales was going to be broadcasted, Disney changed his nationality to Scottish. I like him both ways, but I think I'll go down to his comic roots instead.

Wow. I like the way you draw them. Wish I could draw like that. What do you use to draw them?
