Here it is, people: The poster for the sequel to Danny Phantom: Return of the Hero.

May I present to you Danny Phantom: The Mystery of the Spirit Gems.

Five years have passed since the last time Amity Park had seen their hero. Though most citizens seem to have decided that it was nothing to worry about and moved on with their lives, there was a handful who did the opposite.

Tucker Foley still works on locating the physical body of his best friend, Danny Fenton, who disappeared five years earlier after his battle against the Ghost Keeper. Sam Manson, Danny's girlfriend, now finds herself as a single mother, caring for a five-year-old boy who knows his father's secret identity yet has never met him in his life. All three, including the Fenton family, continue to live on the dying hope that they will one day see Danny again, despite the struggles that seem to tell them otherwise.

Then, just as all their dreams seemed to be crushed, Andy Fenton discovers a green jewel in the schoolyard. This leads to a series of mysteries and joins family and new friends together, as the Phantom Crew begins to piece the puzzle of the Spirit Gems together. These stones may just hold the key to the greatest adventure any of them had ever dared to embark on.

However, these priceless jewels are being tracked down by another more powerful foe; one who will stop at nothing to get to the prize first.

This piece actually took a heckova lot longer than the first story poster did. I had to make nearly fifty layers and kept switching between photoshop CS3 and photoshop elements 5 to get the job done. I'm relatively happy with how Danny turned out; the shadings a little iffy, but hey; can't be perfect, right?

The black ghost is NOT Penelope Spectra. I just used her as a reference and I even gave a whole bio to the type of ghost she is. THe bad guy is the same type of ghost, though more powerful, and is male, not female... though it's kinda hard to show that since he's completely black.

And the little guy at the bottom? He's one of the first new character you guys will meet in the story, and he plays a vital role throughout the entire adventure! Little Andy Fenton has his father's looks, yet also has inherited a little something else... You'll need to read to find out more about his little secret!
