2012 in artby *KicsterAsh

Oki. So 2012 was a real up and down year for me. Many blessings, many sufferings. Summer was a rough time emotionally for me, and unfortunately because of that I wasn't a likable person online. I'm still trying to work at it, and I intend on improving in the next year.

_{January: Probably the best picture I've done of the Flynn-Fletcher duo traditionally. The university year is always the best time to use my Copics and Prismacolor markers. It is also the picture that was given to the creators of the show at Comic Con 2012, which began a stream of events for the rest of the year that I will consider to be blessing after blessing.

February: KND Teenaged Nigel, Hoagie and Nigel's pet alien, Pretzel, who went on to becoming another character in IJ.

March: Astérix! My childhood hero. My favorite french comic. Found out my instructor had gotten an opportunity to animate him in some commercials years ago but he had to turn it down due to him returning home the next day across the country. Another Markers art!

April: Beginning of another fandom. The cover of this comic I wanted to work on was loads of fun. I still have the entire thing written down, but unfortunately I don't have the time to continue or finish the comic. I thought I would have time over this break, but I had not anticipated getting a freelance job. And considering I won't have time to work on it until next summer due to work and school, I can't guarantee it will ever be finished. But the cover was fun to work on.

May:First shot at Northern Lights. T'was fun.

July: Comic con month and birthday! After coming back home from a trip, I started diving into my KICS gang. Starting with my teddybear Spike of course

August: Spike and his family

September: My OC Dyno! A gift for my grandparents' 50th wedding anniversary.

October: Aaaahhh, my love for the Chipmunks returned I made loads of art of them, still have more to finish including two stories. My favorite was the Guardians of Unity picture I did on a join.me. I had fun with colors then.

November: Another um... rough month for me. At least in the beginning. So I did loads of vent art, including this one of Spike and Alvin. Blessings followed sufferings though, as several of my friends know

December: Sparky and Emily to celebrate the coming of Christmas! The last pic I really finished before getting busy with family and L.A. Thankfully got to squeeze in one last picture and I'm happy to say it was of OCs.}

And look at that... we survived the end of the world 0___o
